What exactly is an AI agent?
An AI agent is like a digital employee you design. You give it a role (e.g., "Sales Researcher"), toggle what it can do (browse web, send emails, update CRM), set an autonomy level, and let it run. It works autonomously and reports back.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be notified before it ends. If you don't add a payment method, you'll move to the Starter plan. Your agents will pause but your data stays safe. No surprises.
How many agents can I create?
Unlimited on Pro and Team — hire a PM, an SDR, a researcher, as many as you want, at no extra cost per agent. You pay for the work they do in runs (Pro includes 50 a month). On the free plan you can design and configure agents to see how they work; running them starts with Pro.
What counts as an agent run?
One agent run = one task execution. If your agent researches 3 companies and drafts outreach in a single task, that's 1 run. Runs reset monthly — Pro includes 50, and Team pools 100 per seat across your whole team.
How does team pricing work?
$49/user/month ($39 billed annually), 2-seat minimum — the same per-person price as Pro, with the whole team layer included. Every member gets the full Pro experience, plus the Miles Work assistant living in your Slack, the team dashboard, 1:1 prep, sprint boards, and a shared pipeline. Agent runs pool at 100 per seat.
